This film is around two youthful, battling entertainers whose companionship is kicking the bucket and they know it, so they plan a young ladies retreat in a remote lodge in Big Sur. One is excellent, in a serious relationship, gets esteem where she goes, and has had a few consistent gigs. She is caring and delicate – similar as the person “Chloe” that she plays on the show Rectify. The other is the better entertainer yet can’t get projected, she is distant from everyone else, has normal looks and is insane – we see this in the initial not many scenes and it works from that point.
